It takes a great deal of aptitude, training, practice and experience to become a top class Performance Coach.

 

However, a sound understanding and application of the core principles, techniques and methodology of coaching can significantly raise performance in all fields - particularly in

business and team building.

 

Here is a brief outline of my Core Coaching Skills training. 

It is greatly enhanced with my Crystal Communication module.

For this module I use my unique and highly effective FOCUS  COACHING © Model.

F OCUS ON THE ISSUE.

     Set time aside in a quiet, relaxed environment to focus on, examine and explore the

     relevant matter / issues.

 

O PEN QUESTIONS

      The skilful use of open questions enables the coachee to gain real clarity.

 

C OMPLETE LISTENINING 

      Absolutely critical and vital!

      There are 5 key elements to deep, complete listening.  I will share them with you and you

      will practise them in depth.

U NDERSTAND OPTIONS

      Enabling the coachee to expand their awareness and evaluation of available options

      significantly broadens their perspective as well as empowering them.

S TRATEGIES, S TEPS and S UPPORT

      Having used open questions and complete listening to clearly and fully understand the

      options available the coachee is then in a strong position to design and embrace effective

      strategies to produce their desired outcome.

      Once the strategies have been distilled effective goal setting allows the coachee to identify

      and take the necessary steps to achieve their aims.

      We all need the support of others - particularly when the going gets tough.

      Helping the coachee to identify, source and obtain the support of like-minded people is

      absolutely key to their success.

      Building the right support network is where my Inner Circle Programme is so very helpful.

     All my trainings are very hands on and participative with plenty of opportunities to practise,

     practise and practise your new skills through various exercises and scenarios in a safe,

     supportive, very enjoyable and fun environment.
